Vizianagaram, March 29, 2014: Describing the ensuring elections as a fight between honesty and credibility on one side and injustice and conspiracy on the other, YSR Congress Party president Sri Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy asked people to teach a fitting lesson to TDP president Chandrababu Naidu at the hustings.

He was speaking at a mammoth YSR Jana Bheri public meeting at Nellimarla in Vizianagaram district Friday evening as part of the party election campaign.

Asserting that he has inherited honesty and credibility from YSR, Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy asked people not to take Chandrababu’s promises for granted. “As it is the last election for him, Chandrababu Naidu wants to come to power by hook or crook, hence he has been making innumerable false and fake promises including waiver of farmers’ loans and providing employment to one person in every family. When the entire state budget is Rs. 1, 25, 000 Cr, how can he waive the farmers’ loans which amount to Rs.1, 47,000 Cr? Is it not impractical? At the rate of one job per family, he has to create 3.5 Cr jobs. How can he do that?” Jagan Mohan Reddy asked.

He also reiterated his earlier assurances saying that he would affix his signatures first on five files relating to Amma Odi, pensions, agricultural prices stabilization fund, waiver of Dwakra loans and bringing administration to the door step of people.
