Telugus across India pay homage to YSR

New Delhi, Sept 3, 2012: Telugus and YSR fans residing in metro cities like Delhi, Chennai and Mumbai paid rich tributes to the late chief minister YSR on the eve of his third Vardhanti on Sunday.

An all-religious prayer meeting was held at AP Bhavan in Delhi under the auspices of NRI YSR Trust’s Delhi branch. The prayers were attended by hundreds of Telugu people residing in Delhi.

Trust Delhi branch president KS Narayana and Congress MLC P.Sudharkar Reddy also participated in a meeting which paid rich tributes to YSR.

Telugu people in Pune, Mumbai and Sholapur attended special meetings held by the Telugu Associations and remembered the services of YSR on the occasion.

In Mumbai, hundreds of Telugu people attended the programme organized by YSRCP leader Madireddy Konda Reddy.

In Tamil Nadu, Telugu people attended homage meetings organized by YS Jaganmohan Reddy Youth Associations in Chennai, Velur, Tirumannamalai, Palli Pattu, Podduturu Peta and several towns.
