Amaravati: The YSR Congress Party stayed away from the Assembly session session on Tuesday to protest TDP's action in denying Bhuma Nagi Reddy a cabinet berth after luring him to the party.

YS Jagan condoled the death of Bhuma Nagi Reddy and expressed grief at the demise of the Nadyal MLA at the Assembly media point. YS Jagan said that Chandrababu Naidu betrayed Bhuma Nagi Reddy after luring him to the party by promising him a ministerial berth and this resulted in his untimely death.

"We cannot not sit and condole Bhuma's death with those who were responsible for it. TDP tried to politicise the condolence by bringing Bhuma Nagi Reddy's daughter Akhila Priya to the assembly within 24 hours of his cremation," YS Jagan said.

The YSRCP chief also said that the MLAs were resigned and faced the elections when the YSRCP formed. Stating that Nandyala seat is belongs to the YSRCP, YS Jagan said that all the parties have followed the same tradition in the past. " We will take a right decision in right time on Nandyala by election," he said.
