Pawan is a mad crow glorifying seperatist BJP and TDP

Hyderabad, May 1, 2014: Launching a stringent counter attack on actor Pawan Kalyan for his prompted jibes and outbursts against its president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, YSRCP on Thursday described him as a mad crow basking in the glorification of the parties and leaders that facilitated bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.

Party spokesperson Vasireddy Padma told media persons here that it was only Jagan Mohan Reddy who tried his best and fought till the last to keep the state united by meeting leaders of national and regional political parties while BJP and TDP helped Congress bifurcate the state in the most unjustified manner.

Strongly objecting to the actor’s remarks that Telangana agitation took shape during the YSR regime, Padma said the ignorant actor should know the facts before speaking. “It was YSR who strongly opposed division and made strong efforts to stop the division,” she said, asking Pawan Kalyan to study the Sri Krishna Committee report which clearly said that the desire among the Telangana people for a separate state stemmed during Chandrababu Naidu regime.

 “While most of the TDP leaders also know the above facts, Pawan Kalyan, whose madness goes beyond calculations, has been taking along the BJP that forced the division on one side, TDP that speeded up the bifurcation on the other and his brother Chiranjeevi who failed to stop the division behind his back,” she said.

“Where were you sleeping while the Congress was dividing the state with the unstinted support of BJP and TDP? And what happened to your Telugu pride?” Padma questioned him.

Serving a stern warning to the actor not to speak and spread canards without knowing the facts, Padma said YSR was a role model CM for the entire country. “600 people died of heartburn following the sudden and tragic death of YSR. Such was the love and affection he showered on people. “But if Pawan Kalyan dies, his wife also may not shed tears. In fact, no one knows which wife of his will shed tears in such an event,” she remarked.

Padma also faulted him for saying that both KCR and Jagan Mohan Reddy are not criticizing each other. “Jagan Mohan Reddy did not criticize either KCR or Pawan Kalyan. YSRCP never thought that TRS, having two MPs, would achieve Telangana. Might be Pawan Kalyan has that notion. But we were never guided by that pre-conceived notion. Hence, YSRCP chief never thought it necessary to criticize KCR” she reminded him.  

“Your criticism, therefore, is the most preposterous one,” she lambasted him. “That Pawan Kalyan has launched a political party to campaign for the separatist BJP and TDP only shows his political insolvency.”

Despite the false propaganda and baseless criticism indulged in by Modi, Chandrababu Naidu and Pawan Kalyan against Jagan Mohan Reddy, they can’t move him an inch from the hearts of Telugu people, she averred.
