Hyderabad, Feb 4, 2013: YSR Congress Party MP Mekapati Rajamohana Reddy on Monday took umbrage to TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu commenting that the signatures collected by YSR Congress Party in support of party President Sri Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy were fake.

In an informal interaction with reporters here, Raja Mohana Reddy said that all 1.96 crore signatures collected by the party highlighting the harassment being meted out to Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy by the CBI were genuine.

“There is no need for us to fake or forge signatures of any body. Chandrababu Naidu thinks along those lines as he is very expert in faking things,” Rajamohana Reddy observed.

It is everybody’s knowledge that Chandrababu Naidu had a history of getting the signatures of MLAs faked and forged in Viceroy Hotel against NT Rama Rao, he said, adding that it is totally imprudent on part of Naidu to make fun of the signature campaign undertaken by the YSR Congress party for the sake of Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Rajamohana Reddy said that Chandrababu Naidu is accustomed to campaign lies and people do not believe his statements as he has no credibility among the masses. “A TV channel is telecasting stories willfully in favour of Chandrababu Naidu but people know the truth,” he said. “If he has any credibility, he would have introduced a no-confidence motion against the Government by now.”
