It Is Time For Strike

Visakhapatnam: YSRCP president of Visakhapatnam district Gudiwada Amarnath stated that he would take up indefinite hunger strike from the morning of Thursday, the 14^th of April in order to achieve special railway zone for Visakhapatnam. His schedule involves decorating the statue of Dr.BR Ambedkar at Daba Gardens with flower garlands and paying homage to him. Then he will commence his protest at 11 am at GVMC’s statue of Gandhiji. Amarnath thanked the left parties, Lok Satta, people’s organizations, students’ organizations, labourers and intellectuals for supporting his cause. He made it clear that he would continue his strike till he achieved the announcement of the railway zone.
