Idupulapaya, Oct 1, 2013: YSR Congress chief Sri Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, honourary president Smt. Y.S. Vijayamma and Smt. Y.S. Bharati on Tuesday visited the YSR Ghat at Idupulapaya and paid floral tributes to YSR. Other YSR family members also accompanied the trio during the visit.

Early in the morning, the village has turned into a sea of humanity as Sri Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy arrived here from Erraguntal Railway station to pay homage to his father.

When Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy detrained from Venkatadri Express at Erraguntla Railway station in the early hours on way to Idupulapaya, thousands of people waiting at the railway station surged forward to take a look at him, shake hands with him and have a conversation with him. Police personnel who were present in large numbers struggled to control the crowd.

Jagan Mohan Reddy, accompanied by family members including the party honourary president Smt. Y.S. Vijayamma, then left for Idupulapaya amid heavy police security to pay homage to YSR.

It was Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy’s first visit to Idupulapaya after he came out of jail on conditional bail. The CBI court on Monday permitted him to visit Idupulpaya to pay homage at YSR Ghat.

During the train journey, people gathered at Zadcherla, Shadnagar, Mahbubnagar, Gadaval and Alampur  railway stations and welcomed him with flowers.  Sri Jagan Mohan Reddy will stay at Idupulapaya for two days, today and tomorrow.
