Disclose the Details of Capital Funds – Rajendranath Reddy

Hyderabad: TDP Government had bragged about building a state capital 10 times as big as Singapore and 4 times as huge as Kolkata but nothing had been accomplished in the last two years, YSRCP MLA Buggana Rajendranath Reddy exclaimed. He questioned the Government if there was any comprehensive report regarding the capital city construction. He added that 30,000-40,000 acres of land had been acquired from farmers in the last two years.

 Rajendranath Reddy demanded to know how many funds were there for the construction, how much had already been spent, on what were they spent and how much would further be spent. He recollected that Chandrababu had mentioned that 13,000 acres of the land collected would drown if Kondaveeti canal flooded so the height had to be increased and expressed his wonder saying why Rs.1500 crore would be required to raise its height by just 2 meters. Buggana commented that donation was being collected at Tirupathi and at secretariat and from children and online bricks were being collected. He demanded to know the account details for all these contributions.
