YSR Congress party leader and MP P Midhun Reddy said Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrbabu Naidu failed to fulfill the promise of completion of Handri Neeva irrigation and left the farming community in distress with the scarce of irrigation power.
Participating in party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's Praja Sankalpa yatra in Chittoor district, he said farmer Chief Minister Dr.YS Rajasekhara Reddy completed 80 per cent project works during his regime. After the TDP assumed power, Chandrababu could not complete the 20 per cent pending works for the last four years.
He said YS Jagan's yatra was receiving immense response from all sections of people and the ruling TDP was on tenterhooks. The MP said
his party leader will address all the problems faced by the farming community after coming to power.
