Reject gang of cheats, says CM

Tadipatri (Anathapur dist): In a resolute affirmation, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy said that a vote of YSRCP will be a vote for continuation of the welfare schemes as people had already seen the way the troika of TDP-JSP-BJP has cheated people on its election manifesto in 2014.
Amidst cheers and a overwhelming response from the milling Sunday crowd at the public meeting here, the Chief Minister said, “I stand here seeking votes on the basis of the record of transferring Rs 2.7 lakh crores DBT, creating over 2.35 lakh jobs besides keeping the welfare agenda rolling. The threesome has ganged up again with its false promises and impracticable promises unmindful of the fact that the same gang had failed to implement any of the promises made during earlier elections.
Flaunting the TDP’s 2014 election manifesto copy, the Chief Minister readout the bullet points and asked the people to respond if they were implemented or not and the crowd gave a thumbs down in unison that were cheated by  Chandrababu Naidu.
The election is not to for electing MLAs and MPs but it is a vote to endorse the continuation of welfare schemes and to call the bluff of the Opposition parties that have come together to enact their old and worn out script.
Besides creating 2. 31 lakh Government jobs for the youth and redefining the social justice by enacting a special Act allotting 50 per cent of nominated posts and contracts to the SC, ST, BC and minorities, Government has revolutionised the administration with village and ward secretariats, while handholding the farmers at every step through RBKs.
Government has also improved the preventive health care system through family doctors, village clinics and Aarogya Suraksha camps, he said, adding that Government schools have also been modernised and English medium education is now accessible to the students of poor families.
Listing out the welfare sections benefiting a cross section of people and various sector, he said, the government has taken education to next level where the future of the children of today is secured and visible. The health sector and rural landscape too have been improvised like never before, he said.
The Chief Minister said he has pressed 130 buttons for the sake of people distributing DBT welfare benefits worth Rs. 2.7 lakh crore in the last 58 months and asked the people to press two buttons for the YSRCP in the ensuing elections, one for Assembly and the other for Lok Sabha and give it a clean sweep victory of 175 assembly and 25 Lok Sabha seats.
