Pulivendula, April 21: Former Chief Minister and YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy interacted with party cadres, leaders, supporters, and local residents during his visit to Pulivendula, offering reassurance and confidence amid current challenges.
He listened to their grievances, personal difficulties, and local issues, and assured them that he stood with them. Many party leaders and workers expressed concern over attacks and harassment under the coalition government. Responding to them, YS Jagan urged everyone not to lose confidence, stating that difficult times would not last forever and that better days were ahead. He expressed confidence that YSRCP would return to power and that justice would be done to all.
He also called upon party cadres to remain strong and face political challenges with courage, emphasising that struggles are temporary and perseverance is essential.
Earlier in the day, Vedic scholars from the Kodanda Rama temple visited his residence and offered blessings. They presented sacred offerings related to the Sita Rama Kalyanam, including talambralu and prasadam. Amid Vedic chants, they prayed for his health, prosperity, and well-being.
Jagan held discussions with the scholars on preserving temple traditions, Agama practices, and the importance of maintaining spiritual values. He noted that regular rituals and festivals must be conducted as per tradition to ensure that cultural values are passed on to future generations. He also recalled the efforts made during his tenure to support temple development and promote Vedic education.
His residence in Pulivendula witnessed a large turnout of party workers and supporters. He advised public representatives and leaders to stand firmly with cadres, especially during challenging times.
