YS Jagan Mohan Reddy made his first visit to the Secretariat today as the Chief Minister. The Chief Minister arrived at 8.39 am at the Secretariat. Vedic scholars blessed him on this occasion. Many party leaders participated in this program. Earlier, the Chief Minister was accorded a warm welcome with great applause.
AP CM YS Jagan paid tributes to his late father Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy before leaving for the AP Secretariat.
At 8.15 am YS Jagan was taken to the Secretariat from Tadepalli residence. Chief Minister YS Jagan will address all the Secretaries of all departments at 9.30 am after the program is completed. Then he will be meeting leaders of the Secretariat Employees Union.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's Cabinet ministers are all set to be sworn in at 11.49 am today. All the ministers, party leaders and YSR Congress party workers reached the venue this morning. AP Governor ESL Narasimhan will administer the oath of office and secrecy to all the 25 ministers which will include 5 deputy chief ministers, a first in the country. The Andhra Pradesh chief minister has decided to give equal representation to people of all communities. He also announced after the YSR CLP meeting that other leaders would also be given a chance after 2.5 years.
