Jagan's padayatra success, a slap in the face of TDP

YSRCP MLA RK Roja

Tirupathi: YSRCP MLA RK Roja gave a piece of her mind to TDP minister and leader Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy on his comments on the YSRCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's Praja Sankalpa Yatra , which concluded successfully yesterday.

In reaction to his comments that there were no crowds at Ichchapuram , she said that Somi Reddy should have been there on Wednesday at Ichchapuram. There was such a massive crowd that he would have been certainly crushed under the feet of the people who had come in thousands to see their leader, she said. She said that though YS jagan was born with a silver spoon he was a very down-to-earth person unlike Chandrababu Naidu , who gets offended if the common people get too close to him. He has successfully completed his Praja Sankalpa Yatra and has decided to offer his prayers to the Lord and stand in the normal queue , whereas Chandrababu chooses to have VIP treatment for him and his family members. This shows that he is a people’s man and the love for the people is what makes him successful.

She also said that the Praja Sankalpa Yatra was akin to a new wave of transformation during the course of which YS Jagan had been listening patiently to people's problems. The widespread resentment against Chandrababu came to the fore all along and people were keen to rout Chandrababu Naidu's autocratic regime.

Speaking to reporters after having prayed for YS Jagan's successful completion of his Padayatra in the temple at Tirumala , Roja said that the overwhelming success of Praja Sankalpa Yatra was a slap in the face of the TDP regime and its leaders. This itself was indication of what the future would be in the upcoming elections in Andhra Pradesh she concluded.
