Chandrababu responsible for temple violations

Tadepalli, Dec 7: YSRCP state official spokesperson Putta Shiva Shankar Reddy stated that Chandrababu Naidu is the real destroyer of temples in Andhra Pradesh and that several violations and humiliations against temples took place only during his rule.
Speaking to the media at the YSRCP central office in Tadepalli, he said Chandrababu always used religion for political gain and had no fear or devotion towards God.
He said it was shameful that the TDP was trying to push the Parakamani theft case onto YSRCP and demanded that Chandrababu stop playing politics in the name of temples. He reminded that during the previous YSRCP government, robotic technology was used to expose the Parakamani theft, and Ravi Kumar confessed his wrongdoing and legally donated 90 percent of his assets to TTD through Lok Adalat. He said dragging such matters into politics now and blaming YSRCP was highly objectionable. He pointed to a recent video where Ravi Kumar revealed attempts to blackmail him, which has caused a sensation.
Putta Shiva Shankar Reddy said that during Chandrababu’s administration, many temples were demolished or faced serious violations, including the demolition of 40 temples in Vijayawada during the Krishna Pushkarams, tantric rituals in Kanakadurgamma temple, the death of 29 devotees during Godavari Pushkarams, and the demolition of the Thousand Pillar Mandapam in Tirumala in 2003 despite objections from priests and scholars. He alleged misuse of temple funds and properties, including Sadaavarthi lands and fake crown replacement at Kanakadurgamma temple.
He said that Chandrababu must apologise for insulting the sentiments of crores of devotees by spreading false allegations of animal fat and adulteration in Tirumala laddus. He warned Chandrababu to stop politicising temples and said people are aware of the truth and will not tolerate such propaganda.
