Amaravati: As part of implementing election promises, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s government is taking dynamic steps and the state Cabinet is going to meet shortly in secretariat on Wednesday. Chief Minister YS Jagan is going to chair the review meeting in which the Cabinet is going to take some important decisions like establishing Water Grid at a cost of Rs.46, 675 crores to cater the drinking water needs of people in the state. Moreover, the meeting will also finalize establishing Spices Board in the state, which will look into the issues related to minimum support price to millets and other pulses.
YS Jagan will also discuss with his ministerial colleagues on extending assistance of Rs.24 thousand per annum to handloom workers.
Providing trucks or tractors to six thousand youth through different Corporations like SC, ST, BC or Minorities in the state, for transporting sand from ramps is another major decision that is going to be taken by the Cabinet.

A Corporation for outsourcing workers to eliminate middlemen in the system
Implementation of “Jagananna Ammavodi Pathakam” from 26 January
Appointment of Commission members to supervise the functioning of Village Secretariats, Higher Education and School Education
