‘I will take criminal action against yellow media’

party spokesperson and former minister Parthasarathy

Senior YSR Congress party leader party spokesperson and former minister Parthasarathy denied he was quitting the party. He came down heavily on the yellow media for propaganda against him saying that he was leaving the YSR Congress party. He was addressing the media at the YSR Congress Party office in Vuyyuru on Saturday.

Parthasarathy clarified that he was a loyal YSRCP worker and would remain with the party. The senior YSRCP leader also cautioned yellow media outlets saying that he would take criminal action against them.

The senior YSRCP leader criticised the TDP for betraying the interests of the farmers of Andhra Pradesh. Turmeric farmers and others were pleading with the AP government for remunerative prices, but to no avail, he pointed out. Parthasarathy also flayed the TDP government for not helping the victims of Cyclone Phethai. In its five years of misrule, the TDP government has let down all segments of society, he said. The senior YSR Congress Party spokesman predicted a massive win for the party and added that Rajanna Rajyam would be ushered in under the leadership of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
