Naidu is the brain behind Cash-for-Vote bribery

FSL to Tell Court,  in Telangana

HYDERABAD: The Famous national English daily published a report on Cash for vote bribery. It reveal the role of Chandrababu in that report. According to that report The Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL) which analysed the audio and video tapes in the sensational case, has reportedly concluded that the vote in the audio tapes is indeed that of Chandrababu Naidu.

The FSL is all set to give its final report to the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Court in the next 10 days, which will have both political and legal implications for the AP Chief Minister

ACB may get the nod to question Naidu based on the FSL report. Sources associated with the investigation disclosed to Express that the FSL, which has reportedly tipped off ACB about their conclusion, has readied the report and is giving final touches to it, before it is officially submitted to the Court, anytime in the next 10 days.

Experts at FSL, carried out voice frequency analysis and had at their disposal, recordings of statements made by Chandrababu Naidu in the Legislative Assembly, copies of which were collected by ACB sometime back for the purpose of investigation. ‘’The FSL experts analysed the voice during Assembly proceedings. Common words that were used in both the recordings were analysed and voice frequency matched,’’ sources said. A police official associated with the investigation said that once the FSL submits its final report to the Court, it is likely that the Telangana ACB may get a nod from the Court to question AP Chief Minister, who has so far been denying that the voice on the tapes is his.

It’s  a perfect match
Using frequency analysis software, FSL experts matched Naidu’s voice recordings in the Assembly with that on the audio tapes. While using same words, the frequency went either up or down and matched perfectly with the recording in the Assembly. There were some common words that were used in the audio tapes and the Assembly recordings.

Naidu may be questioned by the ACB based on the findings of FSL. The contents of the report, which is ‘explosive’ to say the least, is bound to have both political and legal implications for Chandrababu Naidu in the days to come. Audio and video tapes of cash for vote were handed over to FSL in the second week of june.
