Chandrababu Promoted AP A "Corruption Capital" In India
10 Jan 2018 1:58 PM
Chandrababu Naidu has adopted secret agenda to flourish his leaders through corruption. The chief minister encouraged his cabinet colleagues and TDP leaders to amass assets with ill gotten money and also left them go scott-free from the graft charges.
It is estimated that corruption to the tune of Rs 3.75 lakh crore took place in Chandrababu government since 2014. Corruption was all began with the laying foundation stone for new capital Amaravati for which the CM claimed Rs 400 crore was spent. Within a short time, the tentacles of corruption spread in all departments.
All the major projects like construction of Polavaram, Pattiseema, Aqua Food Park, Airport, road works and other irrigation projects were riddled with corruption.
Call money sex racket, Swiss Challenge, land scams in Amaravathi and Visakhapatnam, Heritage food scam and Jala Harathi brought bad reputation to the state. Chandrababu conceived all the schemes eyeing to siphoning the funds in every programme.
Besides, increasing women harassement cases, attacks on government employees and cheating cases made it clear that Chandrababu least bothered about the people’s plights.
Shockingly, Chandrababu also did not submit report on the utilisation of funds earmarked for the construction of new capital and Polavaram by the Centre. The Supreme Court also reprimanded AP government against the sale of Sadavarthi land and Swiss Challenge in land acquisition.
