Chandrababu cheated Kurnool People Again

The Chief Minister  dedicated  the project to people  in January this year without completing the canal construction. Confident that this government will supply Water, farmers have taken up farming in a big way under Muchumarri as no water was released in Handri Neeva project. 

It was known fact that former Chief Minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy had conceived Muchumarri Project to address irrigation problem under KC canal and Handri Neeva projects in Kurnool and neighbouring areas in 2007. Special water allocations were also made to Muchumarri from Srisailam Reservior during Monsoon season.  

After the tragic death of YSR, the successive Chief Ministers put the project under cold storage. After Chandrababu Naidu assumed power, he created an impression that he completed the works but in reality the project remain incomplete.
