Ramachandrapuam MLA, Pilli SubashChandrab Bose on Friday resigned from the Assembly in protest against the discrimination being shown in fund allocation for developmental works in the constituencies.
Bose, who has been invincible from his home constituency in East Godavari, has submitted his resignation letter to the Speaker NadendlaManohar again for the second time ahead of the Budget presentation on Friday.
He also urged the Speaker to allow him to speak. The speaker said, since the assembly will go through the presentation of budget, a chance would be given later.
The senior legislator is a loyal member of YSR Congress Party and the resignation comes at a time when by-election were notified for seven constituencies
However, a communiqué from the Speaker’s office is due and the acceptance is yet to be confirmed.
