Kakinada: Facing the
Government’s negligence and unable to solve any problems, people are inviting
YSRCP leaders warmly during the Gadapagadapaku YSR Congress programme. They are
revealing their problems to the leaders and finding solace from the assurance
given by them. District party president Kurasala Kannababu toured in
Gurajanapalli of Karapa mandal in Kakinada Rural constituency.
Tatapudi Venkayamma,
an aged widow from the village revealed that she had stopped receiving pension
from the Government since the six months after her husband’s death. Another
villager Mallamma stated that upon requesting for housing loan, the leaders
were pushing them away asking them to get it from the leaders to whom they had
voted. Employment guarantee scheme was benefiting only some because of
partiality shown by the leaders, the villagers commented.
Praja ballot being
circulated
CEC member,
co-ordinator and formr minister Viswaroop held Gadapagadapaku YSR Congress programme
at Bhatnavilli of Amalapuram Rural constituency. He and CGC member Kudupudi
Chittabbai handed over the Praja ballot framed by YSRCP to the people and
explained the failure of TDP Government.

At Sahapuram of
Anaparthi constituency, coordinator Dr.Satthi Suryanarayana Reddy toured as
part of Gadapagadapaku programme. Women revealed to YSRCP that Janmabhoomi
committees had been hindering them from receiving pension since a year. Rayudu
Govind, a farmer stated that only Rs.2000 had been waived of his loan of Rs.1,20,000.
Villagers mentioned that only the hope of YS Jagan becoming the CM and
alleviating their problems had been keeping them alive.
