Partiality In Implementing Welfare Schemes

YSR District

: YSRC MLA, Gadikota Srikanth Reddy, complained about the partiality being practised in the implementation of Government welfare schemes. He held Gadapagadapaku YSR Congress programme in Rayachoti constituency. He visited houses in Mudinenivaddipalle, Mudinenivandlapalle, Maddiravandlapalle, Yarraguntla, Harijanavada, Suddalavandlapalle, Peyalavandlapalle and Srinivasapuram villages and inquired people about their well-being. Distributing copies of Praja Ballot, he explained about TDP's deception to them. People of the villages revealed to the MLA about their problems like not being able to receive pension in spite of repeated appeals to the officials.
Speaking on this occasion, Gadikota slammed the TDP Government for sanctioning ration and pension to only the candidates favoured by them. He promised to the people that he would work for the development of Venkateswara Swamy temple in Tirumalarayigutta and road facility. He also assured that he would complete the work of Yarraguntla cement road in phases.

Reminding how former CM, Dr. YS Rajasekhar Reddy, used to provide free electricity to Dalits, they brought it to the notice of the MLA that it was no longer being implemented. Srikanth Reddy stated that he would see to it that the scheme was implemented again.
Participating in the programme were Avula Vishnuvardhan Reddy, DCCB director Venkatrami Reddy, Nagaraju Yadav, mandal convener Uday Kumar Reddy, Vasantha Srinivasula Reddy, Vaddi Venkatrami Reddy and others.
