YSRCP Telangana president Ponguleti
Srinivasa Reddy said that YSR still lives on in the hearts of the people
of Telangana. However, the party has failed to convert this love into
votes in the recent bypoll at Waranal, he said.

The Telangana YSRCP meeting was held at Lotus Pond on Monday and Ponguleti presided over the meeting. 

Speaking
on the occasion, he said the party was analysing the causes for the
failure in the Warangal bypoll and was devising an action plan to
strengthen the party in the state. He said the YSRCP would contest all
elections in the Telangana region, including the upcoming municipal
elections. He said no decision has yet been taken about the upcoming
local body MLC polls. The decision on MLC polls would be announced after
consultation with party president YS Jagan MOhan Reddy, he said.
