YSRCP seeks CBI probe over Devineni remarks
10 Aug 2014 1:12 PM
Hyderabad, Aug 9, 2014: YSR Congress Party has
challenged the TDP to seek CBI probe into the allegations of AP Minister
Devineni Uma Maheswara Rao that RBI has refused to accede to the proposal of
farm loan waiver or reschedule of loans due to the wrong reports sent by YSRCP.
“If
the TDP Government has any guts and wits, it should seek CBI probe over the
allegations of Devineni Umamaheswara Rao. The truth will come out on who sent wrong
reports,” party spokesperson Vasireddy Padma said in a statement here.
Condemning
the statement of the Minister, Padma said TDP has stooped so low that it has
resorted to dissemination of falsehood to mislead the farmers over its failure
to implement its poll promises.
She
asked the TDP leaders to stop resorting to conspiracies in their enthusiasm to throw
mud on YSRCP. “Stop this nonsense,” she asked the TDP leaders.
