YSRCP MPs Meet Suresh Prabhu

New Delhi: MP of Nellore constituency, Mekapati Raja Mohan Reddy demanded that the central Government kept its word given to the people of AP regarding special railway zone. YSRCP MPs met railway minister Suresh Prabhu at New Delhi. They appealed to the minister for the sanction of special railway zone. After the meeting they spoke to the media.
Mekapati Raja Mohan Reddy mentioned that delay in realising promises would cause loss to the state. Rajampet MP P.Mithun Reddy complained that Chandrababu was scared of being punished for Note for Vote case and that was why he was not asking for special status or special railway zone that the people of AP deserved. They slammed Chandrababu for putting aside the wish for AP's development and buying MLAs of opposition party. YSRCP leader Amarnath Reddy remarked that not giving clear assurance for special railway zone for Visakhapatnam was saddening. He questioned the central Government how democracy would retain its value if bifurcation promises were not realised.
