YSRCP MPs To Go On Indefinite Hunger Strike At Delhi AP Bhavan

Perecharla: Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly and YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy today made a sensational announcement stating that the YSRCP MPs after resigning on the last day of Parliament session would sit on indefinite hunger strike in New Delhi itself. Speaking at a public meeting here, which was part of Praja Sankalpa Yatra, he said the party MPs would come directly from the Parliament and sit on hunger strike at AP Bhavan in New Delhi.
YS Jagan asserted that the YSRCP MPs would submit their resignations at the end of the Parliament session. He said that it was of no consequence whether the TDP MPs joined them or not. He emphatically added— "our MPs will submit the resignations in Speaker's format." He pointed out that as AP Bhavan was the property of the people of the state, their party MPs would make it their venue for the proposed indefinite hunger strike.
The YSRCP Chief called upon the students and youth to come in support of the indefinite hunger strike by YSRCP MPs. "Even as the MPs sit on hunger strike, the students will conduct solidarity protests in their support in all the mandals of the state. If TDP joins hands with us and 25 MPs of the state protest, the Centre will step down and yield to our demand," he added.
