YSRCP Leaders Complain Against False Cases Being Filed

Guntur: YSRCP's president of Guntur district, Marri Rajasekhar complained that the police had been lodging false cases against the leaders and the activists of YSRCP. Marri Rajasekhar, Ponnuru constituency's party coordinator Ravi Venkata Ramana, the party's state general secretary Lella Appireddy met urban SP Sarva Sreshta Tripathi and reported this problem to him.
Later Marri Rajasekhar spoke to the media. He criticised that Neeru-Chettu programme had become a subject of business for TDP leaders. He complained that the ruling party leaders were conspiring to unlawfully dig a lake at Suddapalli village in Ponnur constituency of Chebrolu mandal and had been filing false cases against the villagers who had tried to resist it. He also remarked that the TDP ministers, MLAs and activists had been selling mud and sand in the villages in an unhindered manner. He stated that they had informed about this atrocity to the SP and requested for inquiry and action on it.
