18 Sep 2018 12:34 PM
The YSRCP will soon organize a documentary and short film contest to highlight the problems of the North Andhra region. The idea stemmed from party’s national general secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Vijay Sai Reddy.
The IT wing has invited entries from those interested. The films should highlight the problems of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram and Visakhapatnam districts. They must also help in finding solutions to these problems. Awards would be given to the winners.
The organizers said that the contest will be held in two categories – documentary and short film. The short film should be of 10 minute duration and the documentary film should be of 15 minute duration. The first, second and third winners should be given Rs 5 lakh, Rs 2 lakh and Rs 50000 respectively.
