YSRCP demands arrest of Dendalur MLA

Hyderabad, July 9: Strongly condemning the attack on a woman employee, YSR Congress has demanded the immediate arrest Dendulur MLA Chintamaneni Prbhakar for carrying out the unsavoury act and said that the TDP governance is running on the lines of a mafia.

“It is a shameful and savage act on part of the TDP MLA who attacked the woman Tehsiladar for objecting to the smuggling of sand and filing a counter case. We demand that he should be immediately taken into custody,’ party PAC member and spokesperson Ambati Rambabu told reporters here on Thursday.

Instead of arresting the errant MLA who was smuggling sand and attacked the Musunur Tehsildar Vanajakshi and her staff, police has registered a counter case against the woman officer in bid to draw for a compromise.

“This modus operandi was seen in the cash-for-vote scam as they filed a slew of cases when A Revanth Reddy was caught red handed in Telangana. They are trying similar tactics.

The police has been so adamant to arrest the Denduluur MLA, had booked Bhuma Nagi Reddy on flimsy grounds and foisted non-bailable case which shows the arrogant approach of the TDP government.

After the excise auctions are over, the Excise officials seeking 50 % share on behalf of the local MLAs shows that the Governance is running on mafia style, he said.

On Pawan Kalyan remarks, he said: “it is the use and throw policy of N Chandrababu Naidu has now come into full play. TDP MPs have become very restless on his comments and were breathing fire at him.

Pawan Kalyan must have understood the policy of Chandrababu Naidu who discarded many people right from the party founder president NTR to Jr NTR after the purpose is served and their utility was over,” he said.
