YS Jagan's yatra instills hope in Rayalaseema

YS Jagan’s historic Padayatra is set to enter into a new phase. In a few hours, the Praja Sankalpa Yatra will complete the coverage of the four Rayalaseema districts. The yatra, which was launched from Idupulapaya in Kadapa district on November 6, has criss-crossed Kadapa, Kurnool, Anantapur and Chittoor. After winding up Chittoor district, the yatra would enter Nellore.

Another important milestone is not very far. The yatra would soon complete 1000 km mark. This means that one third of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s historic tour would be completed.

All along the yatra, countless people with diverse backgrounds came to meet YS jagan to narrate their tales of woes. They explained how the TDP government has duped them by reneging on the election-eve promises. Many women and the elderly told YS Jagan as to how the Government was discriminating against them for backing YSRCP.

As part of his Yatra, YS Jagan is raising issues like corruption, exploitation in the name of development, TDP goondaism and atrocities against women. What more, YS Jagan is recording them by talking about them in his tour diary. He also held several farmers interactions, women’s meet and is trying to provide succor to the hapless people. Even on the issue of Fathima Medical college students, YS Jagan stood by the hapless students. He even sent party MP Midhun Reddy to meet the Union Minister and take up the issue.

Even as he continues with his padayatra, YS  Jagan is ensuring that the YSRCP cadre reach out to the hapless people and is able to provide succor to the victims. He is conducting reviews on a regular basis and has asked the party to serve the underdogs. Meanwhile, YS Jagan is also raising the issue of corruption in setting up Chandranna Malls and the fibre grid.
