YS Jagan's urge to AP government for farmers

 

YSR Congress Party President and AP Leader of Opposition, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy condoled the loss of lives caused by unseasonal rainfall that lashed the state in the last 48 hours. The untimely showers not only claimed lives but also caused extensive damage to farmers' crops.

YS Jagan urged the Andhra Pradesh government to adequately compensate farmers and also sought swift release of the same.
The YSRCP supremo also called upon his partymen to help farmers affected by rains in all possible ways.
"Saddened to hear about the loss of lives due to untimely rainfall in AP. Urge GoAP to take immediate steps to assist the farmers who have suffered extensive crop loss and swiftly release compensation to the victims.  Urge GoI to release special funds for adequate compensation to AP farmers. Requesting our party cadre to assist affected farmers in all possible ways. Saddened to hear about the loss of lives due to untimely rainfall in AP. Urge GoAP to take immediate steps to assist the farmers who have suffered extensive crop loss and swiftly release compensation to the victims," the YSRCP chief tweeted.
