YS Jagan promises to hike Velugu Animators’ pay to Rs 10000

Kurnool: Leader of the Opposition and YSRCP chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy assured animators of Velugu programme that he would raise the salary of Velugu animators to Rs 10000 after coming to power. 

He said this to a delegation of Velugu animators, who met him at Kairuppala in Kurnool district on Day 22 of his Praja Sankalpa Yatra.
The animators met YS Jagan on Thursday and complained that the TDP was hitting at the root of the Velugu project. The animators are not getting their minimum salary. Reacting to their pleas, YS Jagan said under Chandrababu Naidu’s rule, the thrift groups have been drastically weakened. 

While neighboring Telangana is paying Rs 5000 salary to animators, the AP Government is giving less than that. He said he would ensure that Velugu animators get Rs 10000 per month.
