YS Jagan pays floral tributes to Dasari

Hyderabad: YSR Congress Party chief and Leader of the Opposition in AP Assembly YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Sunday paid floral tributes to the statue of legendary director and producer Dasari Narayana Rao in Hyderabad.
A memorial meeting has been organised at Image Gardens here in the city in which several prominent personalities along with YS Jagan and YSRCP leaders took part.
Speaking on the occasion, the YSRCP chief hailed the services rendered by Dasari Narayana Rao to the Telugu film industry. Later, he called on the family members of Dasari and consoled them. Since he was on a foreign tour, YS Jagan said that he could not fly to Hyderabad to see Dasari for one last time.
It may be recalled that Dasari Narayana, who is considered as doyen of Telugu cinema, breathed his last following multi-organ failure at KIMS hospitals in the city on May 30.
