YS Jagan To Meet Pranab Mukherji

Hyderabad: The leader of opposition and YSRCP president YS Jagan is going to meet the President of India, Pranab Mukherji, regarding the party's demand for sanction of special category status to the state of AP. He shall meet Pranab Mukherji as well as other national leaders at New Delhi today.
YS Jagan's tour to New Delhi has been scheduled. Along with the MPs of YSRCP, he is going to meet the president at 6:45 p.m. today. In light of lack of clarity about the sanction of special category status to the state, the indifference shown by Chandrababu's Government towards the matter and the centre's announcing that the status would not be granted, YSRCP leaders are going to meet the president and certain other leaders to explain the need for it to the state and how the state would suffer if the status is not sanctioned.
