Hyderabad: Leader of Opposition and YSRCP President YS Jagan has expressed sorrow and grief over the loss of human life in the mishap in Vizag district today. At least 11 persons including four women and three children died on the spot when a speeding car lost control, hit a bike and rammed into a heavy load lorry head on near Vizag on Sunday.
Eight persons of a family and their driver were traveling in the car which lost control after its tyre burst due to scorching temperatures on the highway. The car jumped into the opposite road and hit a bike killing the rider on the spot and the pillion rider, the victim's son died while being shifted to hospital.
YS Jagan has conveyed his condolences to the bereaved family members.
