YS Jagan demands CBI probe into question paper leakage

Velagapudi: YSR Congress Party Chief and the Opposition leader in the AP Assembly, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy demanded CBI probe into SSC question papers leakage, which rocked the Assembly on Tuesday.

 Speaking to the the media persons in the Assembly lobby, YS Jagan said that the Minister Narayana is said to be a binami (foxy) of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. So only a CBI probe can bring out the facts, he said. 

The Opposition leader said that the government is trying to hush-up one of the major scams in recent time, for reasons best known to everybody. 
Taking exception to government postponing the discussing to a later date, YS Jagan Reddy alleged that the education system as such has totally collapsed since the minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao took over the charge. Why the government hesitates to take action against Narayana education institutions management that has allegedly been in centre of question papers leakage scam, he asked. 

The Opposition leader also said the he had revealed all the information available with him on the issue and also report of the school education director. Stating that the leakage is not limited to only Nellore district, he reminded that police had arrested Narayana institute staff in Hindupur. 

He said that it is nothing but playing with the future of more than 6.5 lakh students and demanded Chandrababu to sack education minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao and municipal administration minister Narayana and order for CBI probe to bring out nexus.       

Earlier in the day, YS Jagan questioned the AP Government on the issue of  leakage of SSC question paper on Tuesday
The YSRCP chief pointed out that the directorate of school education has reported that the question paper has leaked from Narayana School Centre in Nellore. Stating that this was an important issue, YS Jagan demanded a discussion in the house. He raised the issue and demanded an immediate discussion on the issue. 

But the the speaker disallowed it. Soon, the YSRCP members trooped into the well and raised slogans.
