YSR Congress leader and MLA K Srinivasulu alleged that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu maintained silence on special status and other issues mentioned in AP Reorganisation act fearing that the centre will fix him in the infamous cash for vote scheme in which the TDP chief name was figured.

Participating in 'Garjana Deeksha' conducted in Anantapur to expose the betrayal of Andhra people by ruling TDP, he said that Chandrababu never demanded the centre to fulfill the promise of special status until his party pulled out of the BJP led NDA. The CM confined to visiting foreign countries and hoodwinked people by supporting special package in lieu of special status announced by the centre.

The YSR Congress leader demanded the TDP MPs to quit their posts to the cause of Andhra people and prove their sincerity. People will remember the sacrifices of YSRCP MPs who relinquished the posts for special status.
