New Delhi: YSRCP MPs confronted the Government in Lok Sabha regarding grant of special category status to AP. MP YV Subbareddy questioned the Union Government what had happened to the promise of SCS made to AP in the parliament. He asked why the issues mentioned in the law were not being implemented properly. He complained that in spite of their agitations and protests for 3 years, not a step had been taken ahead in the matter.
MP Butta Renuka demanded that special category status should be given to AP and asked the Government why the issue had been dragged for 2.5 years.
