In a separate press conference Telangana Party leader K Raghava Reddy took strong objection to the remarks of the deserted leader Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and said it is unfair on his part to leave the party with such parting words that he is leaving as YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is opposing the Palamuru Ranga Reddy project.
The project will also affect Khammam, Nalgonda and part of Mahbubnagar and it is a just cause for which YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is fighting. Srinivas Reddy is at liberty to leave the party or join any party but his parting words and the alibi are unfair, he said.
It was YSR who has taken up 36 projects in Telanganan region of which six were completed providing water to six lakh acres and 21 of the remaining 30 projects are partially completed while nine are under construction including Pranahitha-Chevella.
KCR has been changing the names of the projects and alignment in some cases as well. We strongly object to Srinivas Reddy’s alibi of moving out as the Palamuru Ranga Reddy project would affect three districts in Telangana itself.
The exit some leaders may not hamper the growth of the Party which has a dedicated leader like YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, he said.
