Vijayamma describes bomb blasts as most tragic

Hyderabad, Feb 22,
2013: Describing as most sorrowful and tragic the twin bomb blasts at
Dilshuknagar in Hyderabad Thursday evening in which 15 persons were killed and
more than 100 injured, YSR Congress Party honourary president Smt. Y .S.
Vijayamma said the dastardly act should be condemned by one and all cutting
across party lines.

Speaking to reporters
after visiting the bomb blast site and ascertaining the details of the blasts
from the locals and eye witnesses, Smt. Vijayamma said the incident was most
disturbing and highly condemnable.

She expressed her profound
sympathies to the families of those killed in the gruesome incident. Smt.Vijayamma
also visited the Osmania General Hospital where the injured were being treated
and consoled their families.

“The state Government
should have taken some precautions in the wake of intelligence warnings received
from the Centre two days ago,” she said.

Smt. Vijayamma was
accompanied by party leaders MP Mekapati Rajamohana Reddy, MLA Bhuma Sobha Nagi
Reddy, party youth wing president Putta Pratap Reddy, Janak Prasad and other
leaders.
