Vijayamma: strengthen your credibility

Mahabubnagar, June 29,
2013: YSR Congress party honourary president Smt. Y.S. Vijayamma on Saturday
called upon the party cadres to respond to people’s problems in time and
increase their credibility among the people.

“You have to keep
moving among people always and respond to their problems accordingly,” she told
the party regional meeting at Kotra in Kalwakurti Mandalam of Mahabubnagar
district.

The regional meeting on
Panchayat polls was attended by senior party leaders and thousands of activists
of Mahabubnagar district.

Smt. Vijayamma asked
the activists to work in unison and get elected to majority Panchayats and
serve the people sincerely. “If you have any differences, sit down and
coordinate the things with senior leaders and prepare for the Panchayat polls.”

The local body polls
will provide an opportunity to the cadres to strengthen the party at the grass root
level and develop interaction with the rural poor, she said.

Earlier, Smt. Vijayamma
paid rich tributes to the Telangana martyrs and observed a 2-minute silence in
their memory.
