Vijayawada: YSRCP's official spokesman, K.Parthasarathy, criticised the lack of attention of the CM and the TDP ministers towards the serious road accident that had taken place just 20 km away from the capital city of AP. Mentioning that the leader of opposition and YSRCP president, YS Jagan, had responded to the mishap and had set out to reach the accident site, he expressed concern about the road accidents happening lately in increased number.

Parthasarathy examined the site of the accident near Moolapadu of Penuganchiprolu mandal in Krishna district, where a bus from Diwakar Travels hit the culvert, killing 11 passengers and injuring 30. Speaking to the media on this occasion, he criticised the negligence of the travels companies to regulations, taking lives of many.

Expressing shock at the way the bus had hit the curb despite the presence of a divider, he slammed the delay in response from the Government even after 6 hours of the mishap and in offering required assistance to the injured. He demanded compensation to the victim families and action against those responsible.
