Unfair Case Filed Against YS Jagan

Vijayawada: TDP Government is practising vengeful politics against the opposition party questioning their misdeeds. Behaving inhumanely in the matter that deserves humanitarian outlook, TDP hindered the leader of opposition and YSRCP president, YS Jagan, who went to visit and console road accident victims at the hospital and also did verbal abuse against YSRCP.

Misusing its power, the ruling party also filed false cases against the leader of opposition. Stating that they had posed obstacle to the duties of the hospital staff, cases were registered against YS Jagan, Parthasarathy, Udayabhanu, Jogi Ramesh and Arun Kumar under the sections 353, 503 and  34. YSRCP leaders condemned this act of vengeance.

YS Jagan, as soon as knowing about the road accident that took place in Krishna district, reached the place, examined the site near Moolapadu of Penganchiprolu mandal in Krishna district and then reached the Government Hospital at Nandigama to condole with the victims of the accident. He inquired doctors about the health condition of the injured.

The bus belonging to Diwakar Travels hit a curb on the highway, while on its way to Hyderabad from Visakhapatnam, killing 11 and injuring 30 passengers. Post martum examination was conducted at Nandigama GH on 8 bodies. YS Jagan reached the hospital some time back to console the victims and the bereaved families. Speaking to the media, YS Jagan slammed the negligence of the travels companies, killing lives of many annually and found fault in winding up the dead body of the driver without conducting post martum examination.
