Amaravathi: YSR Congress Party IT Cell incharge Challa Madhusudana Reddy said that the party would not be cowed down by the TDP's blatant attempt to muzzle the social media.
He appeared before the Tulluru police station in Amaravati for questioning in connection with the TDP Government's crackdown on social media. Speaking to the media, he said that the YSRCP did not believe in uploading obscene and objectionable posts.
Stating that it was the TDP official website that was putting highly slanderous and downright insulting posts against YS Jagan, his family members, KCR and Assembly, Challa Madhusudana Reddy said that they will continue to expose the TDP government's corruption and unethical practices.
He also that Ravikiran was one of the countless supporters of the YSRCP. The party is not paying any salary for him and he is a volunteer.
He also said that the YSRCP would continue to back Ravikiran. The police did not take the complaint citing flimsy reasons when they lodged complaints against the TDP official website for its highly slanderous comments against YS Jagan, he said.
Challa Madhusudana Reddy also said that they will further strengthen the social media and would continue to expose TDP's mistakes. He also criticised the police department for following Chandrababu's direction.
