New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday stated that it will not remain a mute spectator if the controversial Sadavarthi Satram lands are auctioned for paltry amount.
Hearing arguments in the case, the Court expressed surprise that the lands were sold at Rs 40 crore more than the first auctioned amount of Rs 20 crore.
The Supreme Court will hear further arguments in the case on October 6.
