Supreme Court Offers Relief To Kakani

Nellore: YSRCP's president of Nellore district and MLA, Kakani Govardhan Reddy, could find relief in the Supreme Court, with the orders given not to arrest him. With reference to the case filed by TDP MLC, Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy, a non-bailable case has been registered against Kakani by the High Court. As a result, Kakani approached the Supreme Court and in response to the petition, the court ruled against arresting him. Kakani has been asked to attend the hearing when called.
