Hyderabad: Division Bench issued
stay order on the interim orders issued by High Court single bench cancelling
MLA Roja’s suspension. This verdict was delivered by the division bench
constituting chief justice Dilip Babasaheb
Bhosale

 and Justice Ponugoti Naveen Rao. They suggested MLA Roja to file a counter
petition to the single bench
