Solidarity To Contract Lecturers' Agitation
30 Dec 2016 6:03 PM
Vijayawada: YSRCP leaders extended their solidarity to the agitation being staged by contract lecturers. Speaking on this occasion, senior leader Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy, criticised the Government for setting aside campaign promises and development and snatching farmers' lands and doing real estate business. He remarked that Babu's indifference to promises was causing the farmers, the womens' organisations and the unemployed to come on to the roads and protest. He slammed Chandrababu for ignoring his manifesto promises like regularising contract lecturers' jobs but ousting them now instead.
Peddireddy commented that Babu would face result of this behaviour and assured that the jobs would be regularised once YSRCP came to power, as promised by the party's chief, YS Jagan, earlier. He extended support to the lecturers' agitation too.
