Sharmila slams Naidu for telling lies

YSR Congress Party
honourary president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s sister Sharmila accused TDP
president Chandrababu Naidu of telling lies to the people during his Padayatra
and misleading them.
Addressing a huge
public meeting at Kuderu in Anantapuram district during the 14th day
of her Maro Praja Prasthanam Padayatra on Wednesday, Sharmila said the
Government has failed in all respects in solving the people’s problems. “People
are facing problems with regard to drinking water, irrigation water, health,
power and fee reimbursement issues. TDP, which is the main opposition party,
has been protecting the Congress Government instead of questioning it for its
failures. Added to that, Naidu has been telling lies all the way,” Sharmila
lamented.
Sharmila said Naidu has
been imprudently and unabashedly telling lies that Arogya Sri and fee
reimbursement schemes were his brain child schemes and there was no increase of
cooking gas prices during his regime.
Remarking that Congress
and TDP have been resorting to dirty politics in an unprecedented manner, she
said they are all big people but their minds are very small.

total distance of her Maro Praja Prasthanam to 188.3 km as of Wednesday. Defying
moderate rain and cold wave, Sharmila walked 3 km to complete her schedule for
the 14th day.
