Sharmila says YSR was a life giver

Guntur, Feb 27, 2013: Denying
categorically TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu’s wild allegations that YSR was a
factionist and planned the murder of Paritala Ravi besides plotting to try to kill
him, Smt. Y. S. Sharmila described Dr. YSR as an ardent life giver.

“YSR was only a life
giver and not a factionist. Our grandfather Raja Reddy was killed by people
with the undeclared support of Chandrababu Naidu and the killers are roaming
freely today just because Dr YSR was not a factionist,” she told a largely
attended public meeting at Karampudi in Macherla constituency of Guntur
district on Tuesday.

She said Naidu has
stooped to the lowest ebbs in making such baseless allegations and asked him to
talk to people to know how YSR was good to everybody.

“Naidu gained good
experience as a back stabber as he back stabbed his father-in-law and the
legendary actor NTR. He is now asking people to kill the anti-people Congress
with axes and sickles but he is not willing to introduce a no-confidence motion
against the Government,” she said sarcastically taking a dig at his
hypocritical stand towards the Government.  

Taking strong objection
to Naidu’s remarks that YSR did nothing to the BCs in the state, Smt. Sharmila suggested
that Naidu find out the details from the fee reimbursement scheme to know how
much the late leader did to the BCs.

She said for
Chandrababu Naidu, BC means Babu’s Class and that leaders like Nama Nageswara
Rao, CM Ramesh and Devendar Goud are the only BCs in his view. For this reason
only, Naidu gave away several sugar factories to Nama Nageswara Rao in Khammam
district, spinning mills to CM Ramesh in Nellore district and the Hyderabad
based Republican Forge to Devendar Goud, she remarked.
